Several of the current crop of browsers provide a built-in PDF viewer.  This makes sense because, after all PDF is an international standard (since 2008) - specifically ISO 32000-1:2008.

Unfortunately the current crop leaves a bit to be desired.

So, a review of the articles at the following links will help you change to the Adobe PDF viewer for browsers that is available when Acrobat or Adobe Reader are installed.

Hi cindyg34645944,

Are you asking about finding an Adobe invoice or receipt? If so, please see Print a payment receipt or invoice | Creative Cloud.

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Best,

Sara

‌no Sara, it's a E-bill from a credit card that when I try to view it, it says to install Adobe reader.  I've done this and it's not working for me
