How do you install updates automatically?

I have lost the option to convert PDF's and have been told this is due to my Adobe PDF pack needing an upgrade. I have already paid for the pacakage for the year, so what do I need to do to keeping it up and running?

Which update you are referring above, is it the application update or about your PDF Pack subscription?

As per the account information it seems like you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack.

I assume that you have been trying to access your PDF Pack subscription through wrong application Adobe Acrobat DC not Reader DC?

Please ensure that you are working with Adobe Reader DC not Acrobat DC to access PDF Pack and "Signed In" using correct email.
