I just subscribe to the Export PDF I got email confirmation. But when I go online it says Subscribe..
Does anybody know how long the server takes to refresh and update my account information

Are you still unable to log in to your subscription? If so, please clear the browser cache and try logging in again to https://cloud.acrobat.com/. You may also want to try using a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
