How many times do you have to login before anything works?

Hello (Please do not respond with the Psycho-babble Horse SH!! from other forums),

I am trying to login to Acrobat.com and use Captivate 6 and Captivate 7. I can post results in Captivate but when I try to send the quiz PDF file to a student they cannot Post Quiz results. I tried to take the quiz from another location and I get the same error message.

Error Message- Acrobat.com Login Error

I have logged in to adobe.com, Acrobat.com, Quiz Results Analyzer and it does not work!

Does anyone have a suggestion, idea, or CLUE??? Of course the Customer Service and Technical Support are not available for this question. I did look at the Captivate forum and this has been a problem since version 5.

Adobe cannot fix this problem in version 7.0, they are ridiculous. The error message appears after students take the quiz and try to post results.

No, I am not resetting my password again so do not go there!

Error Message- Acrobat.com Login Error

Hello unhappy campers,

Just wanted to update the Captivate (6 and 7) and Acrobat.com users. Technical support has escalated my issue to tier 2 support. I am not sure what that means but I am still an unhappy camper. No one can post the results to the quizzes outside of Captivate. So I am creating quizzes with HTML5. Yes, I think this is faster than waiting for Adobe to fix Captivate.
