How to change subscription details for Reader in-app purchase form the Apple store?

I have mislaid my Apple ID and password. In order to change m subscription details for Adobe send I am directed to the Apple site where this information is required.

I have changed my password several times in accordance with the page instructions but cannot progress to finding my Apple ID.

Can you please advise me as to what to do? Thanks.

Hi inerman1,

Do I understand correctly that you have the Reader app for iOS, and you did an in-app purchase for Adobe PDF Pack?

Purchases made through iTunes need to be handled by Apple. Have you tried retrieving your Apple ID and password through iTunes?

Thank you for your response to my query.

On Thursday, June 5th, 2014, I received an email saying that Adobe was going to automatically renew my subscription to Adobe Send in 30 days time, ie approximate;y on July 5th. Please be advised that I do not wish to renew this package and I will be obliged if you see that my account is amended accordingly.

I have tried to do this myself by using the Auto Renewal option indicated in your software and found this to be a most complicated business and I have been unable to amend the Auto Renewal system.

Please let me have, in simple steps, the procedure I need to follow in order to be able to do this.

For instance when I was directed to the main Apple site I could find no further links on how to proceed.

I have my Apple ID and my Apple Password.
