The functionality you are looking for comes up with the subscription. You need to subscribe for "Adobe Export PDF"  which is a Adobe Document Cloud service in order to change a PDF to "Word" or "jpg".

Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily convert PDF files into editable Word, Excel, or RTF (Rich Text Format) documents.

Please follow the instructions under: Using Adobe Export PDF

Note: With the changes in the services, Export PDF does not offer to convert the PDF to JPG.
