how to convert PDF to word?

I convert PDF document to word but the message come up: 'An error occurred while trying to access the service.'

How to get this PDF file convert to Word work?

I have had a good many of such 'error messages' from Adobe this last week.   Questions

have not been answered.   All that I need is Adobe Reader free....and yet I see these subscriptions

for 'plans' on my Account....Never ever would I want a 'plan' as I likely do not even know what

those wonderful benefits refer to....!....One agent told me I had no subscriptions.  Another chat Agent told me I had a subscription to Acrobat Pro...ha.....which i do not.....

Adobe owns 'pdf' process....but then charges people to read and to open and to convert and print that info.  

I explained all this to a chat agent....and, I was dropped....ha......Likely because all they do is 'sell' with no

real technical knowledge.    How do I get just Adobe Reader free?       Customer Service is at ground zero right nowl.
