display following notification (need Adode barcoded paper forms resolution license) when I add a barcode on pdf form !

I created a fillable pdf form with dynamic qr code for our users use. The users told me that the qrcode changes to gray color when they input the data,! 

Why ?  Need to buy "Adobe® LiveCycle® Barcoded Forms ES license" ? Where to buy it ?
