I made a payment to download ExportPDF I used the product and it does not suit me at all and I do not intend to use it. Based on dobe's requirements, I can get a refund my entire purchase and that's what I want to do but I can not find my serial number. Does anybody know what's necessary in order to contact the costumer services? it's impossible to reach them !!!!!!!!! it's frustrating ! Could someone please help me? Thank you
