how to open export pdf ?

I have a subscription for export pdf to word....Can I open from a pdf in photoshop -- I have no app -- where do I get the app?

To use Export PDF, download Acrobat Reader on your computer using following link:

Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

You can access Export PDF by clicking on Tools>Export PDF. You can also access Export PDF services online using this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or on your mobile device (Android/iOS).
