How to preserve a font included in a converted Word file?

About ten years ago, I stopped using my ADOBE account for which I had been a customer for a long time. My withdrawal was motivated by the fact that most of the documents I create contain a logo written with a special font (SnellBlackDB) that could not be included in the PDF created by Adobe tools. So I turned to other free or paid publishers almost all of which offer this feature.

Thinking that this defect should now be corrected, I just subscribe to the Adobe PDF Pack again. Unfortunately, my first tests did not allow me to create a PDF file from a text editor (Word 2016 in particular) while preserving the font display of my logo.

I found in the forum several questions about this problem, but none has ever received an effective response.

I am asking how Adobe PDF Services can convert a Word file into PDF by including characters written with a non-standard font.

Failing this, I will be obliged to cancel my recent re-registration and to ask for reimbursement.
