How to release all adobe acrobat licenses?

We have licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro 8.

We have provided licenses to many users as an when required now what the issue is, all the licenses were shown occupied and we are unable to install in other systems.

we are not sure to whom we have provided licenses?

Now we would like to trace down the allotted licenses as well as also remove the licenses from unnecessary users centrally.
