Hello,

I have a document that I am needing to send to my entire team to fill in, but the systems is not saving my form as a fillable form so that they can click in the boxes and save back to me.

Can someone help me with this issue?

Hi Jessn,

We are sorry for the delay in response to your query.

We have checked your account but couldn't find any service registered to it. Could you confirm how exactly you are creating and distributing the form among your colleagues?

With the help of Adobe Acrobat and following the steps suggested in the help document here- Convert existing forms to fillable PDFs |  you can create and distribute the pdf form.

Hope this helps!

Regards,

Akanchha
