je vous ai commandé le 08/01/2017 Adobe Export PDF, annuel et vous me demandez le renouvellement. Je n'ai jamais pu l'utiliser ce logiciel m'avait bloqué adobe et j'ai dû le désinstaller. Je ne veux donc pas le renouvellement car j'ai déjà payé et je n'ai pas eu le service en retour.
Si vous me trouvez une solution, je referai peut être un essai

If you wish to continue, you can leave it as it is. It will be renew automatically. And if you do not wish to continue then you can cancel the subscription online by under manage account of your Adobe account.

If you would like to use the services then you may follow the steps suggested below-
Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
As well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
