How to Unlock pdf file without password, i forget the pdf open password.

is there any alternate trick to open this below pdf file , i forget open password, is there any other option so i can bypass the open password and acces pdf.

Adobe do not remember your password, Adobe do not have a master password, and Adobe do not have a secret trick for getting your password back. 

By "recreate" we mean "remember what was in the file and type or make it again if possible". There is no other trick.
