How to update a document in my cloud without breaking the link that was sent?

I will appreciate any help here.

I had uploaded a series of documents into my cloud and send an individual link to each document for review.

Now that they have been corrected I had updated them locally but want to put them back in the cloud with the same link as before but with the updated version.

I tried just to replace it with the same name - new version, but the link broke.

How to fix it???

I cant keep sending new links every time there is a correction.

Thank you 😃

Hi AmundsenBrands,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If you are referring to the link that created when you upload the document to send using "Send & Track", sorry to say it is not possible to keep the same link every time you send the document.

It is an as designed behavior. It will create a new link each time you upload a file to send.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Regards,

Meenakshi
