Hi apache 1,

To purchase an ExportPDF subscription with an American billing address, make sure that you're logged in to the appropriate Adobe Store. To do that, log in to Adobe.com using your Adobe ID and password, and then check the region listed in the lower-right corner. If you don't see the correct region listed there, click Change.

Then, hop on over to https://cloud.acrobat.com to purchase your subscription.
