Are you getting any error message?

Please let me know the exact workflow you are following.

Are you trying to access the service via a web browser or via Adobe Reader? If you're using a browser, please clear the cache, and try again, or try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com

or a list of supported browsers). If you're using Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you're using the latest version of Reader. You should have Reader 11.0.09.

Always in the past .I have my Word Document on screen and then I go to

Publish and it atomatically PDF the doc.

The same if I have a PDF to convert to word. I have the PDF on screen and

to the right of my screen it will say Convert .I press on convert it

converts to word

As soon as I try to convert it sends me to purchase the Conversions .

Hi Samuel Franco,

Make sure you are using the same Adobe id associated with your subscription.

You may logon to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe id and password.

If you are using Adobe reader then make sure you are signed in.
