I am having problems converting my PDF into word dcoument

When using Export PDF I keep getting

"No Internet Connection"

The features in this area require internet connectivity. Please connect your computer to the Internet and try again.

I am connected to the Internet so confused as to why I am getting this message.

I am using WIndows 7 Enterprise

Sorry for the delay in the response.

Please try once to repair the installation. To repair, launch the application and go to Help menu > Repair Installation.

Try to sign out and then relaunch the application. Then sign in and check if you can export PDF or not.

Did you try to export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?

If not, please try once and check if you can export PDF without any issue.

Could you please let us know exact steps you do when you get this error message.

Also, let us know the dot version of Adobe application installed on your device.

To check the dot version, open the application and go to Help menu > About Adobe(application name).

Are you using this application on work system or on the personal system?

Please provide the details asked above.

Hi Meenakshin,

·        The repair did not work.

o  I still get the no internet connection message.

·        When I click the link https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf<https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf>? I just get a blank page nothing else.

Could you please let us know exact steps you do when you get this error message

·        I open up Adobe reader

·        Open up the PDF

·        On the right hand side I go to export PDF

I hit convert and get the message below.

Confirmed I have signed in.

Also, let us know the dot version of Adobe application installed on your device.

Please try this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/  to export PDF online and check if that works.

If you experience any issue, try to us alternate browser and also clear the cache and cookies of the browser.

Could you please once check if you can export PDF on your mobile device.

Install Adobe Acrobat Reader application from the store and then sign in with your Adobe ID.

Then try to export PDF and check if it works or gives the same error message.

Let us know how it goes.
