When ITry to access it and get the following message - Product order conflict You already have Adobe PDF Pack, Annual on your Adobe ID account. To prevent unnecessary overlap, let's upgrade Adobe PDF Pack, Annual to a Acrobat Pro DC subscription. But trying to get hold of a real person seems impossible, please speak to me Adobe!

I then get a message saying Unable to complete request, To complete your upgrade contact customer support. And for the life of me I cant find a number or in fact a chat function to allow this. Help me
