Hi Feline93,
I've checked your account, but don't see any record of an Adobe Send subscription. Did you perhaps sign up using a different email address? Or, did you sign up via Adobe Reader for mobile? If you got the subscription as an in-app purchase, please contact the app store from which you made the purchase. Adobe doesn't handle subscriptions purchased from the various app stores.
