I am trying to convert a PDF to Powerpoint and it will not do it and I am logged in

Hi terrya,

Have you signed up for the ExportPDF service? That subscription doesn't allow for conversion to PowerPoint. Adobe PDF Pack, on the other hand, does. If you're interested in swapping one subscription for the other, please let us know. (There is a price difference between the two: see http://cloud.acrobat.com for details.)

I have signed up for export PDF service yes and the Powerpoint comes up as option, but if I can’t use that fine, but bit mis-leading if comes as option!

I have converted the document to word now!
