Hello Amieldgreat,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are getting a blank page when you click on Fill&Sign, Is that correct?

Are you facing this issue with one PDF file or with all the PDF file, try using this feature online through https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign

Use the service on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, then make sure you are logged in with your Adobe ID and password.

For testing purpose, if you have any security software installed, please disable it for a while and try to sign the PDF, and then enable the Security software back.

If the issue persists, please share the following details:

  • Is Acrobat or Reader is installed, check from Help>About Acrobat/Reader.
  • Is it a Mac or Windows machine?
  • Dot version of Acrobat/Reader installed, check from Help>About Acrobat/Reader.

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
