I Bought Adobe XI Pro, seen on credit card summary but doesnt exist on Order history!

Hello there;

I have recently boughy Adobe XI Pro-Premium whereas I can see withdrawal from my credit card. However, there is none of information on order history, neither I didreceive any notification email with the link!.. I highly appreciate your help and response on this.

I checked your account using the email address that you use here in the forums, but there is no order history. Is it possible that you used a different email address when you signed up?
