i bought export pdf but can figure out how to use it

i have purchased the service but cant seem to find a way to  use it  when i sign into adobe it tells me i have purchared it and i can manage my plan but i cant find a way to use it is there a particular site i need to sign into ??

Hi Noelf,

I assume that the Export pdf tool that you have been using was through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat DC? If you have ever used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then you need to uninstall it first to use the Export PDF service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF
