I bought export pdf in 2014 and I beleive when i bought it, I was supposed to have it permanetly

I think I was supposed to have this program forever back when I bought it but now it is asking me to pay a monthly fee, I still have the confirmation email of my purchase, but it doesn't say either way if it was a one time thing or not, but I believe it was supposed to be.

Export PDF is a subscription-based online service, not a program. I don't believe Adobe ever sold "permanent" subscriptions for it, only monthly or yearly ones.

Be sure you aren't trying to use Acrobat Pro instead, too (it's over 10 times more costly).
