I can no longer use my paid for and booked pdf export function.

How can I reinstate the function. Adobe DC does no longer show the options - I am angered and I expect a resolution. Otherwise I will get my Lawyers to sue Adobe.

Sorry to hear the inconvenience cause to you.

You might not be able to access the Document Cloud services as the server was down for sometime.

Now the services has been restored and up and running fine. You may please check the same once again and see if its working at your end or not.

As mentioned above, that you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF.

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

As well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
