I can not retrieve my cloud document, saying error occured, how do I get my document.

Sorry for the trouble you had while trying to retrieve your files from Document Cloud.
The record shows that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC team with your current Adobe ID, try accessing the documents through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
You can also refer to the Adobe article Where are my Adobe Document Cloud files?
