I can't print a file.

Hi Goldie,

We will need a bit more information to help you get to the bottom of your printing problem. Are you trying to print a PDF file? What happends when you try to print (for example, do you get an error?). Can you print other files? What application are you printing for, and are you using Windows or Mac OS?
