I can't send files....this has been a wasted subscription....it is always telling me trial has ended....

I've looked at your account. Your Adobe Send subscription is active. Because Adobe doesn't offer a trial of Adobe Send, I'm not sure where you're seeing that message that the trial has ended. Did you perhaps start an  Acrobat trial? Hmmm...

In any case, please try logging in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send. Are you able to send files from the web interface? If not, what is happening? Do you get an error, or does it appear that file never sends?
