Ok, and your saying that by itself, it still won't convert. Are you using activeX controls or other facny elements in this document. Because I don't believe that CreatePDF on Acrobat.com can handle that.

Hello. When you say you purchased Acrobat - do you mean the product or the online Acorbat.com service?

Yet, I can answer both cases:

Acrobat (Desktop Computer Product):

1. If it was really purchased, did you activate it?

2. If you are on a subscription, check your account? Is it actively subscribed?

For Acrobat.com (Online Subscription Services):

1. Are you actively subscribed?

I look forward to hearing back from you, and I hope that I can help more. Would you mind describing what service you purchased? It might help me give you a more exact, and correct, answer.

I purchased the Adobe PDF plan, Annual. It has been working great all month, but this one file won't convert.

Maybe it is too large?

This one is 9.4 MB, the others have all been less than 3...

I don't know how to break it into sections to convert it in smaller amounts . . . ?

Firstly, I just tried converting a 10.5 MB Word file, and I had no problem, if nothing else, you can share the Word document with me, and I can give you a link back to your new PDF document?

It might be just a bug. It might be an overload, especially if you are uploading them all at once. Maybe try the other documents, and the 9.4MB one last, after all the others have been safely converted, and you can see them.

It's the only one I need today, but when it wouldn't work, I tried a different one and it worked fine...

I think I'll just take it out by sections... There are a lot of crazy graphs and images in here, maybe that it confusing it... I think I've sort of figured it out...

Thanks for your help!!!
