I agree with going to the ExportPDF forum. However, you might check the security of the PDF. It may not permit such actions.

Hi MKlinger,

Are you still having trouble converting documents? Are you trying to convert via Adobe Reader, or the ExportPDF web interface?

• If you're using Reader, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates.
• If you're using the web interface, clear the cache and try again, or try a different web browser.
