I cannot edit a converted Word document

After I downloade a doument that was emailed to me......and converted it from PDF to Word .......can I edit that document ?

Hi vero crafts and fun,

For starters, please try triple-clicking in the text block that you want to edit. 

If that doesn't work, we'd need to take a closer look at how the PDF was created. For example, was it created from a scanned document/ When ExportPDF converts a PDF document to Word format, it performs OCR (optical character recognition) by default. So, even if that original PDF was created from a scanned document and contained image text, ExportPDF would have converted that text to editable text during the conversion process.

Let me know if triple-clicking did the trick. If not, we'll take a closer look at your file.

the PDF was an email to my home computer from my office...it is a list of

names and addresses for labels.

I did click 3 times on one of the labels and nothing happened
