Thank you for your reply addressed to Greg.

I am able to upload small Acrobat documents to Acrobat.com, but I

cannot upload a larger report (about 165 pages i.e. 40Mb). When I

spooled to PDF-Xchange 3.0 (which incidentally takes 15 minutes), I

then attempted to upload to the Cloud (Acrobat.com).

The dialogue says that it is being saved and then a further dialogue

shows progress as a percentage. This process takes a long time and

finally a dialogue says that an error has occurred. (At one attempt I

recall a dialogue saying there was not enough space in a temporary

file or words to that effect).

My PC runs on Windows XP and is about 8 years old

I also got a message saying " Error occurred when signing in" which I

don't think is the case because I have successfully uploaded smaller .pdfs
