why can i not open a file in my galaxy tablet, I saved a book from college in your cloud from my mac pro, but when i try to access the same thru my tablet i cannot unlocked.  why?

Do you have the Adobe Reader app for Android installed on your tablet? If so, what happens when you try to open the PDF in Reader? Do you get an error message?

hi again, I uploaded the document in the adobe cloud, from my mac, but when I open it in my tablet, it does not give any option to unlocked it or write anything at all.

If the PDF has been password protected to disallow commenting, then you would need the password to comment on it. Are you able to comment on it when you open it on your Mac?

yes when i open it in my mac I am able to unlocked and do what ever I need, but when I open the document in the tablet, the tablet does not shows any keyboard, is like it doesn’t recognise it as document that needs to be unlocked.
