I find Adobe X1 PDF Send and track very slow. It picks up email addresses from windows mail...if I type in gmail addresses says " not recognised" then those interminably square boxes whirling sends me up the wall and it's £16 a year just for that

I do not want to read about all these problems your customers are having

with your product. What this information does is further convince me to

never, never, never buy an Adobe product. This is the worst advertising

imaginable.

Did you tried Adobe send web interface (https://cloud.acrobat.com/send) using your Internet browser?

Moreover, are you signed into your Adobe Reader using your Adobe ID ?
