I found a link online to my pdf file that I sent through adobe and it is a live link that anyone can view. How do I remove it?? I have personal information involved

I was on a google search and found a  link to a pdf file that i sent through adobe.  It is live and anyone can view it. How do I remove this personal information?  Was I hacked?
