Please provide more information regarding "doesnt work". Nothing to do with Open Office (or Microsoft Office).

I d'ont no how I can find the pdf when I click to convert.

I get only the message to souscribe to a new contract.

How I hace to do ?

How are you trying to convert:

from Acrobat Reader?
directly on the website https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf ?

If you open a pdf file I click on the button convert but nothing happen.

Hi pascalk85786866,

Please specify whether you are using Adobe Reader or signed in via browser.

Also, ensure that you are using the right online PDF service, the one you have subscribed for.

If you are using Adobe Reader, then let me know what version it is (the latest version is Acrobat Reader DC).

You might try signing in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials and then click on "Select Files to Convert to PDF" button.

Do you face any error even now? Please share the screenshot of the same.
