No, conversion from one file format to other is not possible without subscription. Depending on your requirement, you ca opt for either Export/PDF Pack subscription or Acrobat DC subscription.

What is the name of the product or service you subscribed to? Please check your account details or email for the exact name. I think the most likely products are

* Acrobat Pro DC

* Acrobat Standard DC

* Adobe PDF Pack

* Adobe Export PDF

We have looked into your account information and found an Active subscription of Adobe PDF Pack.

You can start using the your subscription on new computer or any other computer following the steps suggested below-

1- PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
