I have a 1.4 Gb .zip file which shows an error message after uploading to Send & Track, so the file is effectively NOT uploaded. It takes 30 minutes to upload and progress seems normal, until the error message appears.
Any solutions?

Document Cloud PDF services allow you to upload and convert files that are up to 100 MB. As there is a limitation set for file size and the file that you are trying to upload and convert has exceeded the limit which is resulting an error.

Yes, the limitation is defined for the subscribers only. Because Send & Track isn't offered to non subscribers, as its a paid service.
