Dear community,
I am working in a NGO and I am working on a PDF-file which contains adresses, contact information from specific organizations.
I have worked with LaTeX/MiKTeX/biber on this PDF-file, but it takes too long and it is very complicated for me.
Now we are thinking about, to change to Adobe PDF creating programms, but before we must be very sure: Do the Adobe PDF programms implement our ideas?
So here some questions:
1) We need to create an archive with adresses and contact information from specific organizations. Is it possible to illustrate it like in the pictures below?
or 2) Creating .doc documentes with MS Word and add them into the PDF-file?
3) Is it possible to programm a table of contents like this? Or do i need to change everything by myself? Because with LaTeX does this automatically (because of formatation).
4) Can I add coloured bars on the left or right side? (because we will print this in future and it would be double-sided)
In general, do you think Adobe can implement our ideas?
Thank you very much!

All of this is possible, but you should do it using InDesign. When finished, convert the file to PDF but keep the original InDesign file in case you need to make changes in the future.
