I have a redemption code and a serial Number and still can not sign in. This crapcost me $500.00 and until it works it is usless

Please let us know what product you're working with, whether you're on Mac OS or Windows, and what happens when you try to use your software. Do you receive an error message?

If we have a little more info from you, we should be able to get to the bottom of things!
