Hi rosesherman,

If you log on to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat, you can download Acrobat to your new computer. Once you've installed it there, you can log in using your Adobe ID and password, and you're all set!

Please let us know how it goes.

Sara

I've signed in as you suggested.  It is telling me I do not have a paid account, and does not appear to allow me to download the software to my new computer.

Hi RoseSherman,

I've looked for an account under the email address that you use here in the forums. Did you perhaps sign up for your subscription using a different email address?

Best,

Sara

It is possible it was originally under my husband's email address: [private information removed by moderator]

That was it! The subscription is, indeed, under that email address. Have you tried logging in with that email address (Adobe ID) and password?

Sara

Thank you - I was able to sign in under my husband's email address.  I still cannot seem to figure out how to download the Adobe Pro software to my computer as I had done for my original computer.  I do have a version of Adobe on my new computer, just not the Pro version that is on my old computer.  I am occasionally not able to access the internet during travel, but need to have the appropriate software on my laptop so as to be able to work on documents while not connected to the internet.

Thank you so much for your help.

You're very welcome.

Now that you're able to log in, please go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat in a web browser and log in with your husband's email address/Adobe ID. You should see a Download button for Acrobat Pro on that page.

Let us know if that isn't the case.

Best,

Sara
