Hi convert pdf to .doc file,

I've checked your account; there are a number of attempts to subscribe, but it looks like your orders aren't going through. Please Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help you sort things out.

Is this an Adobe product?  This forum is for people who have problems with downloading and installing Adobe products.  Your issue sounds more like a usage issue, so you might try to find a product forum to post in.  HEre is a link to a page that has links to every forum Adobe provides:

Hi thiggins1,

I've checked your account; you have an active ExportPDF subscription. As there are no issues with your account, please do one or both of the following:

  • If you're using the ExportPDF web interface, clear the browser cache, and try logging in again.
  • Try a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
  • If you're accessing ExportPDF via Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you're using the most current version.

Best,

Sara
