Wow, I always have trouble accessing the most basic Adobe services!  TheMIA!!  I have Adobe PDF Pack and simply want to convert a PDF doc to a Word doc.  Any help appreciated and Adobe your user friendliness and access pretty much suck, sorry, but true!  Even posting this question is a pain!

Have you tried logging in to cloud.acrobat.com?

Thanks that works.  It is just not an obvious step after I sign into my account.
