I have already paid for a subscription but can't sign in without being returned to pay page

I paid for a monthly subscription to ADOBEPACK @ $9.99 per month on 09/03 and tried to create a PDF today. Could not sign in to access program. Home sscreen requesting service selection and payment is the only page that appeared. How do I sign in. This is the 2nd day that I have attempted to sign in and could not. I would like credit for the days that I have been locked out once this is resolved.
