I have an acrobat pro subscription but pdf pack is not subscribed on acrobat reader for ios

Why does pdf pack not appear as subscribed on ios when I thought this was included in the acrobat pro subscription?

Hi jimbob567,

Adobe PDF Pack definitely is part of your Acrobat Pro subscription. What happens when you sign out, and then sign back in to Reader? (It can take a little while for your subscription to process; how long ago did you sign up?)
