I have an adobe account but it will not convert any PDFs - please help?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to convert any PDF file, Is that correct?
The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, you can access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC to use the services of Adobe Expo

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC to use the services of Adobe ExportPDF, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC to access the service. Download Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
For troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

I accessed the service through the cloud link https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf on CHROME and signed up for a 7 day trial and the document opened and I am not able to update the document. Will contact the trouble shooting link. Below is the link they created on the convert but it is still a PDF and they said it would be .docx.
