I have been trying to cancel my PDF conversion service for many months but cannot get an answer from Adobe.
They have no sent me a new subscription renewal which I cannot find how to respond to remove subscription.
Extremely frustrated.
Renewal has failed as the Credit card details have changed.
However, I don't want to discover a debt.
I am retired and not interested in anything but the basic free Adobe service.
HOW DO I GET THIS SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION THROUGH..
One can't help thinking this difficulty in communication to Adobe is a deliberate act?
