i have encountered the message "encountered an unexpected error" when I try to open up PDF pack. so it is not opening. please help.

I have encountered the message "encountered an unexpected error" when I am trying to open up my PDF pack plan.  It was working fine until two weeks.  Please help.

From the description given above, If i understood correctly then you are unable to access your Document Cloud service of PDF Pack online? And while accessing it there is an error appeared "Encountered and unexpected error"?

If yes, then you may try the following steps and see if that helps you accessing the service-

1- Use the URL Adobe Document Cloud  and login with your credential.

2- If you still get the error then change the web browser or open it in incognito mode.
